Moonglade

This special two bedroom private villa was recently completed.  Be one of our first guests to stay and enjoy this stunning villa.

Moonglade is in the heart of the jungle, close to the Tulemar Beach, and steps away from a protected green area. The views from this villa are of the tropical jungle where monkeys, sloths, macaws, and many other exotic wildlife live. Enjoy the natural sights and sounds on your short walk down to the secluded beach. Then you can walk or take the resort shuttle back up to your villa. This modern villa has a clean, fresh style where you are sure to relax throughout your stay.  The villa has two floors with the master suite on the entry level floor and the second bedroom upstairs.  The private pool sits beside the house on the hillside.

The private garage is on the street level, along with the exterior stairs to the front door above. The first level of the villa has the kitchen with an eating bar, living room, terrace with a BBQ, dining table, and pool area.  Plus the master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, and outdoor bathtub, A/C, and Smart TV. The second level has a bedroom suite with two queen size beds, private bathroom, A/C, and Smart TV.

Moonglade together with Arboleda Yoga and Fitness Center, are the result of the joint effort made by a family from London, UK (owners of the neighboring Casa Las Nubes) and a family from San José, CR (owners of the neighboring Green Haven Villa). Both families wanted to build together an additional villa for their personal use that would increase their chances to visit and enjoy Tulemar, but also keep this shared property with a low density, low environmental impact development. The location of the constructions and their design took into consideration the existing trees on the property not to interrupt the local wildlife corridors including those of monkeys and sloths. This villa has been built, equipped and furnished with the love and passion of a personal use home.
