It features panoramic, sunset ocean views from its large outdoor patio and from each of the bedrooms and bathroom showers on the lower level (very unique for these casas)! It truly has one of the best ocean views of the 15 casas in this area and it it perched above one of the secluded pools.

The main floor of this villa has a full kitchen with stunning ocean views that opens up to a comfortable living area. Complete with a 1/2 bath, a large daybed perfect for sleeping an extra guest, and a TV, this floor has all you need for lounging and entertaining.

The main floor opens up to a large outdoor patio complete with a kitchen table, 4 comfortable lounge chairs and table, and a jacuzzi perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenic views. You will spend most of your time here!

The lower level contains 2 suites: one with 2 queen beds and one with 1 king. Each suite contains their own terrace made with your privacy in mind. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with stone counters and a large, private open-air raindrop shower that oozes luxury, plus those amazing ocean views!
