Tulemar Staff is Moving On Up!

For the reservations team, Maria “Mafe” Fernanda Reyes has been promoted. As a beloved employee of Tulemar for years, Mafe’s hard work and dedication to Tulemar has earned her the well-deserved promotion to Reservations Manager.Known for her positive ‘can-do’ attitude, she now oversees the daily operations of the Reservations Team, ensuring that all our guests continue get the Tulemar standard of outstanding service every time they book.

 

For the concierge team, Chris Madrigal has been promoted. Chris’s infectious attitude, impressive experience, and keen eye for detail has earned him the role of concierge manager.

Known for being a favorite among guests, Chris now oversees the daily concierge operations and passes on his knowledge to the concierge team to ensure that every guest receives the exceptional Tulemar standard of service from their personal concierge.
