Things are looking a little different around Tulemar lately…Our secluded beach is bare, our ocean-view restaurant is vacant, our private villas are seeing more monkeys than tourists, and we are all practicing social distancing in hopes of remaining safe and healthy during this trying time of Covid-19.

However, while many hospitality companies are choosing to temporarily close their doors, Tulemar has remained open so our hardworking staff can use the down time to catch up on projects and get creative with the brand, which means that there are now more ways than ever to experience Tulemar from home while you are in lock-down!

Our incredible concierge team is dedicated to guest satisfaction, and not having physical guests at the property doesn’t stop them from doing their job. Through Facebook and Instagram Live videos, our conceirge team is passionate about bringing the tropics to you.

Their videos included answering guest FAQs, touring various villas, and showing off the Tulemar property in unique ways. Want to make sure you aren’t missing out on the fun? Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram! The concierge team is offering videos 2 times a week to make sure you’re getting your weekly dose of vitamin-sea from your couch.

While the concierge team is hard at work making sure our guests are still getting the Tulemar service from home, our reservations team, maintenance staff, and housecleaning crew are all hard at work, too. Whether rearranging reservations, informing concerned guests on the latest updates in Costa Rica, or making sure every inch of the resort is in tip-top shape for when it’s time for guests to return, our team has it under control while practicing safe distancing to ensure their health.

There’s no denying that we are in uncertain times…However, we are thrilled that our guests, our community, and our country are all taking the appropriate precautions to make sure that we can all get back to exploring again soon.
