Villa Kiskadee
Villa Kiskadee is a stunning three level, four suite, Tropical Modern style home with an infinity edge plunge pool. The villa is perched on a large, private, estate sized lot and has spectacular and dramatic ocean views; without a doubt, some of the best in the area. This villa was recently renovated with an all new kitchen, new bathrooms, flooring and decking, Pella Windows and doors and a new outdoor jacuzzi.
The large outdoor patio has a BBQ, perfect for sunset dinners while your family enjoys the pool, the jacuzzi, or just lounging and enjoying the incredible ocean views.
Outside you’ll find a private garden, where most of the fresh flowers in your home are cut! You can enjoy walks through the garden, and you can even help yourself to the flowers and herbs.
The house has two primary suites; one with a king, the other two queen beds. It also has two guest suites; one with two queen beds and the other has a king bed. Each suite is complete with bathroom, terrace or balcony, and unbeatable ocean views.
There are indoor and outdoor dining areas plus a huge modern kitchen. The bedrooms and social areas (living, dining, kitchen) are totally air-conditioned. Due to its secluded location, the house is often visited daily by monkeys, sloths, and exotic birds, which is sure to be a hit with your family.
Villa Kiskadee is located inside Tulemar. Guests will receive a personal concierge during their stay, and they will have access to all the resort’s amenities including the beach, four pools, and the on-site shuttle service. Guests also are walking distance from many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and ATMs in Manuel Antonio.
